Queries related to Sprint Booster

Hey folks, just want to know how much difference would the sprint booster make on a BMW 320d E90 LCI AT? Does it decrease the 0-100 time at all? And can it be used along side a remap(Superchips)

Regards,
Aditya.

Not in a direct answer to your questions, but I will say that I have one of these on my 2006 325i and it makes a HUGE difference in seat of the pants performance. I haven't done any specific timed tests, but there is a monstrous difference when it is turned off and when it is set to race - which it always is - of course. Well worth the money IMO.

Thanks bud! One more Q, did you ever face any kind of error or something?

Would be interesting to see what does the diesel 3er owners have to say about the same...

Yup! But does the change in throttle response result in lower 0-100 timing?

IDK man. Car feels A LOT faster to me. I'm telling you, it's a good product. Not too sure about with the D though. Mine's just a gas car.

It would make ZERO difference on a dyno or race times. Feels like an adolescent boy's first time on a hooker. Blows way too early, then faaaaaaart.
Gives you Toyota pedal.

Of course because your throttle will go to 100% a lot earlier!

But when you are driving a 0-60 run, normally you give 100%

Hmmm Thank you all for the replies... Just wanted to know one more thing, can it be used if you already have a RaceChip or Engine Remap? Would it be safe to do so?

Why should it make a difference? When you're pushing for a good 0-60 time, you already have your foot down 100%... So why would a piece of crap (my opinion) give you a better time?

Garage List
i had one of these i my e46 330ci , i always used it on the middle setting, it DOES remove some of the auto gearbox lag. I have heard if you use it with a remap that alters the gearbox/EGS settings you might find the the right peddle FAR to sensitive, hope this helps. I now have a diesel aswell and a tune would be much more beneficial as you can get more out of a tune than on a petrol N/A car.
