Installed the V4 today. Looks great! Install took about 20min. One side took about 15, the other 5 once I figured out the best way. Trick is to drop the assembly down below the path of insertion, then angle the led upward, towards you and guide in into the socket. Anybody can do this, even with a larger set of hands. Pic isn't the best, being mostly in the garage, however the distribution of the light is great, even up close. No flickering when switched the light switch to on. Little flickering when starting the car. Overall great buy, huge improvement over stock.

does anyone else's angel eyes flicker when turning the car on when your daytime runnings lights are off in idrive?? I usually leave mine my daytime lights on (the AEs) but i turned them off the other day and noticed now my lux v4s flicker when i turn the car on. I thought they weren't supposed to flicker...=(..(im not talking about the flickering when they shut off)

Can you please send me a e-mail about this - sales@LuxAngelEyes.com The lights are designed not to flicker on startup so i'm curious as to what is going on with yours.

No LED Angel Eyes will not be brighter then HID, however there are many advantaged. they are 100% plug and play versus HID's normally require relays and wiring harnesses. They will produce a more even light distribution between the inner and outer angel eyes. As well HID's are known to burn or yellow the angel eyes ruining the entire headlight
