there is actually a member on here who tinted part of his lights on a e92. Look it up in the DIY section, he also did the side markers

Here are my pics. I have all of my lights and my reflectors smoked out and I love it! I used the smoked film and my tint shop did the install for me.

I've been just lucky so far. I've also only had my baby since March of this year and had the lights smoked the weekend after I got it. The cops in my area are really relaxed when it comes to tinted windows and smoked out lights. It really just depends how strict they are where you live/work.

Thank you!! It is illegal to have any kind of tint on the lights but, I'm taking my chances because I love the way it looks |

Hope these give you a better idea how they look with DRLs and headlights on. First three pics taken without flash. All pics were taken in my garage.
The only problem I've had with them is that right in front of the headlight, there's a small spot where it's slightly bumpy and looks like it's melting. This happened the night I had them done and it hasn't gotten any worse since. It's not very noticeable and it's not enough to bother me. It's pretty much impossible to get a clear pic of it - I tried! Last edited by E92Cristai; 03-02-2012 at 01:37 AM.. |
