Hey everyone, just got me an E90 320d. Its a silver SE Edition on an 08 plate with 14k on the clock

Not sure whether to do any bits on it or leave it alone and save up for something more special next year....
I think if i do any bits it would be bluefin / tint windows / upgrade stereo....

Hello everyone.

First post and first BMW. Based near Guildford, Surrey, and am in motor trade (not BMW).

Recently bought an E92 335D MSport in white with Coral Red Dakota leather, 59k miles on the clock and the dreaded 225M 19" alloys. Have taken out full BMW warranty.

So far I've only changed from RFTs to Conti 5Ps which has made for a much better ride quality.

Having done 2k miles (and about 200 on the new tyres) I have discovered that my n/s/r wheel is cracked so will probably go for a set of non BMW 225M look-a-likes instead. Would love a set of BBS CH-Rs but can't afford them right now.

Not planning on doing any other mods to the car as it is just great as it is and I have another 'project car' that sucks my bank account dry as it is.

Hi everyone,

Just picked up my new M-Sport Plus in Le Mans Blue in the last few weeks and absolutely delighted with it so far.

Added a few extras; visibility pack (xenons, adaptive headlights, high-beam assist etc), heated front seats, USB audio interface, folding rear seats.

Hi there,
Just joined after buying my 8th BMW over about 25 yrs - yes I'm an oldie!
It's a 2010 325D SE auto and an ex BMW management car so it's pretty highly specced. Howevever, I'm already looking to retrofit a front sliding armrest, about the only extra it didn't have.

I'm very pleased with it so far. The build quality is great and torque is amazing. I sold my 911 Porsche to buy this and so far I'm not missing the performance too much

Find this site very usefuful and hope become an active member.

Hi everyone,

Proud new owner of a E91 320d SE after selling my 2001 E39 525i Sport.

Went with E91 320d SE LCI that had some nice extras and got it for a good price as well!

Loving it and not missing my old E39 Sport apart from the noise!

I currently own a 2002 E46 M3 smg, but am looking for something newer and a 335 i or d is at the top of the list.

I've joined this forum hoping to get as much knowledgable info & help as I have from the M3cutters forum over the last 3 years of M3 ownership.

My neighbour is fleet manager for his company and has offered me first refusal on a fully loaded 2008 335d 70k miles that they are parting with shortly, for £15k. Never owned a diesel before so wondering if I'm gonna miss miss a screaming 6 pot petrol too much!!!

I'm sure I'll have a few questions, but promise not to start the d vs i debate again!

Just joined. Previously had a 120d m sport. I had to sell due to buying my first house so i needed cash, hence i had to downgrade cars. Not sure if i could call it a downgrade in cars as i now have a 2005 320d se. 130k on the clock, black, upgraded half leather sports interior, bluetooth. Drives the same as one half its mileage. 2 previous owners who are both in my family.

Want some 18s (wanted 162s but seem quite rare), also want to get the eibach pro kit.

Also have an Abarth 500 on the drive!

Hi - Just stepped up ( big step ) from a '99 Clio 1.2 to an '08 e90 318d. Wish I'd done it sooner... My first BMW and first RWD since a Mk2 escort I learnt to drive in... It certainly makes the M25 shorter and the country lanes straighter!

Now I'm wondering where to get it serviced. It seems to want to be taken in to the garage separately for lots of small jobs - rear brakes due in 700 miles. Is this the way to do it or is there any way to 'line-up' when things are due to avoid it being off the road too often?

Any recommendations for independent garages in Surrey (near Guildford)?

Just sold my GTI privately and am feeling quite smug that the stealer isn't going to make any more money from me

Will post pics etc when I get her but for now I am gathering information and please excuse me if I ask a lot of rather stupid questions.

As I am in Scotland, I am going to start looking for some winter tyres and wheel options soon. Anyhoo, looking forward to many years of banter, assistance and sarcasm ahead.

I have just joined the forum. I have been thinking of getting a e90/ e92 335i or 335d, cant make up my mind at the moment lol...

I have test driven the e90 335i, loving the smoothness, the power...etc of the engine. I havent sit / drive a six pot twin turbo diesel at all, any opinions or advice would be appericated.
