Cheers is pretty easy to do
Set up camera on a tripod, set shutter for 20 seconds (reduce time if there is lots of ambient light) take the shot and light up the car with a flashlight making sure you put your body between the camera and the flashlight to avoid light streaks.... if you move quickly you wont show up in the shot... good luck
