Brake pad service.... but, but, but I don't even

Suddenly my car is telling me I need new brake pads both front AND rear??

The rear brakes were completely replaced back in June this year, and the front look like they've got plenty of meat still left on them.

I don't get it - the service indicator popped up when I turned the car on and now won't go away.

I've tried code reset (menu 1 - 2) on JB4 and also SRS/ABS code reset on JB4.

What is this??

Sometimes when one axle's brake is gone (or faulty sensor), it triggers the fault on the other axle. Don't know why they do it, they just do all the time.
Basically meed to find out which axle is causing it and replace the sensor or the brakes accordingly.
Normally, these faults are trigger for a reason, so a simple reset/clear will not fix it.
