Few days left until return

Finally bit the bullet and for my birthday on Saturday doing my CBT then next spring DAS

Location aint bad either. Took this during my refresher course. Lets hope it stays dry
Was so tempted to make run for it but didnt feel like getting banned before I finish by bike course.

Best of luck with it - dress up warm, I made the mistake of pitching up the first day of my DAS in shorts and t-shirts as it was a 'sunny day'. Soon learnt my lesson after 20 mins on the A40 LOL

What bike you going to get?

P.S - i did my CBT and DAS within a week of each other and went straight onto a 600cc without any probs (just in case like me, you keep getting peeps telling you to get experience on a 125cc first)

125cc is pointless for me not enogh power the CBT should be fun to say the least. Was hoping to get it all done before xmas but budgets and all it will need to wait. Have few bikes in mind will probably start off with a suzuki intruder similar.

600/800 cc should about cope with my body mass .

Dream choice is either a Victory Hammer /8ball or FatBoy but short off a miracle cant see me dropping that much cash on a bike in near future

First to get the CBT over with it will give me better idea on how i feel riding then go with the flow

Dont be put off by the CBT - when I did mine I hated it, felt unsafe and unstable. A proper big boy bike is a whiole different ball game...

Love the choice of bikes!!

Is there a Mrs Magic77? Will she let you buy you one? Tell her a bike is cheaper than taking on a mistress!

Ride your bike over to see your mistress and kill two birds with one stone.

Guys,

The CBT/DAS thing is due to change in January 2013. I don't know if it affects any of you, but it's worth looking in to, on direct.gov - may save hassle later on having to do things again.
