I think the OEM two tone finish of the 313's make them look nice. I'm not sure if I would prefer black.

anyways..

I say put them on the car first. The wheels look great plain, especially on AW.

satin black is a really nice color. I'd like to see these post, thinking of coating my lc818 this color.

Not a fan of these wheels the spokes are too thin and show way too much behind them. That said I don't think they would look good black. But I've never seen them so who knows

If they are all scratched up, I would definitely resort to powder coating them black.

I like these rims a lot, if you see them with a BBK it are drop dead gorgeous. THey are easy to maintain too, the wheel well of mine spotless.

I've just taken my 313s off for the winter and have also been thinking about powder coating them black.

The pics above are useful, thanks. Anyone have pics of them on a black car?

I think black wheels are played out. They went the way of the murdered look.

I think you are right when it comes to black wheels on a black car; however I think it looks awesome on a white car because of the contrast!

Better paint them into Gunmetal. There will be a contrast and you could actually see the wheels

Wheels been delivered and I think they are best looking from all OEM. Im not going to paint them now but who knows i might change my mind. I though if me or wife scratch them (if black ) it will be very visible. They look really nice on AW. It add at least 15bhp. :-))))))))))

I would like to do the same as Im about to buy a nice 330d but wheels are curbed, restoring diamond cut wheels is more expensive than to restore them to black (or any other normal color)

Also car is silver so want to add black grille, mirrors, privacy glass and boot spoiler. will be black on silver
