Painted or CF splitters with Lip
I’ve search many posts the past two days and didn’t find any pictures, so maybe I can get some people’s opinion on this?
I was thinking of going with painted splitters from JBSpeed and ********** and this lip http://www.**********s.com/Carbon-Fi...ip-E90-E92.htm . However, Tischer BMW also sells these carbon fiber painted splitters. My question is would it look good with painted ones or should I go all out carbon fiber. Unless someone can do a better job in PS, here is my sorry attempt lol Painted splitter with CF lip or all out CF BTW, I have a Platinum Bronze LCI e90 Last edited by jeanchristophele; 10-12-2012 at 12:41 PM.. You probably know this, you've been on the forum for a while.. I don't know if you also have an e90 but those splitters in the picture will not fit your e93. I have splitters and the Hamann style lip on my car painted in black. Check it out in the link in my sig if you want. Oh I also vote white splitter and carbon lip lol

The picture looks like non sport lci splitters with kescher lip? Not hamann lip? I have the splitters waiting for my hamann lip see if it will fit under.. If not i will prolly take out the splitters and jus add the hamann lip.. I think both splitter and lip will make my car not go anywhere since i live up north.. Just started snowing

Just body colored splitters look best to me. All black splitters and lip make it look like you are missing the bottom of your bumper

ugh sorry that weird foggy thing but my camera is ruined :/ but anyways if you have a white care definitely go with painted, the cf of the splitters do not match with the cf of the lip.

Color code for Platinum Bronze?
Thanks for all y'all feedback! BTW, I was told the color code was near the kick plate of the car but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know the Color Code for PLATINUM BRONZE? Thanks in advance!

http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc...catalogue.html Just log on to that electronic parts catalog and enter seven last letters/numbers from your BMW's VIN number. Then choose options from the top and then vehicle information. There will be your paint code listed. It's A__something. And on topic you should paint the splitters to bodycolor.
