So this is the so-called "touring" model like they make for the E90 sedan? They had the sport model which has the 5" single exhaust cans.

This is now a cat back, still using the x pipe with a standard touring muffler it appears.

The sound is probably aggressive, but not so much compared to the Sport model I suspect? The dual in-out muffler is probably why it doesn't drone and not as loud as most aftermarket sport setups with independent cans.

Any drone? I just don't like the single can look though from the back. The single cans coming down under the rear valance look great IMO.

I don't see any vendors carrying this on here.

no drone at all. It sounds great. the single can rear section system had alot of drone. This cat back system sounds great with and without cats.

Any rear valance shots of this setup?

Also, I don't see any vendors carrying this. Even Magnaflow's website says, Coming Soon?!?! From back in June.

Ok..if you say so...

Actually you couldn't be more wrong.

This exhaust is a 1 off Magnaflow developed for the car and will maybe look to start production on and carry starting early next year.

No dealers sell this same exhaust for the coupe because none exist except this one and maybe some mock ups in their shop.

Is this still a setup that requires a cut in the pipes behind the secondary cats? Or is this system connect right at the DP then all the way back?

This system goes all the way from the downpipes back. We tried many different configurations and this setup made power and sounds GREAT.

My system off of my car is for sale BTW.

[QUOTE=boostd92;7519101]Eff Magnaflow. I'll buy the parts and make it myself.

It pisses me off when companies price gouge consumers based on the purchase price of their cars. DO HONEST BUSINESS. Recoup your costs on parts, labor, and R

This is the best sounding N54 I have heard so far, I wish I knew how to replicate.

Looks like it's available with one big (touring) muffler or two small (sport) ones.

went with magnaflow system on my mustang, has good external acoustics but its midrange growl and rumble was tooo much for me... i went back to 2chamber FlowMasters which i could make quiet at 2250rpm

if they havent done some extensive re-development on their designs as a whole i would hold off for more on-road testing.

hope im wrong, and these are nice quality
