Black grease on beige carpet

Any products safe for cleaning a spot of grease off my beige carpet floor mat?

I move the front passenger seat all the way up when I have my son in the child seat behind it (to keep him from kicking the back of the seat). Recently I noticed the rail under the seat rubbed on the carpet on the right side, leaving black grease on the carpet.

No pics right now, but it's the size of a quarter and very black, on the edge and deep into the carpet fibers.

I have just used those foam carpet cleaning products from the grocery store and they seem to work fine. I think the last I used was from Woolite.

Simple Green. Buy the concentrate and you can make a strong solution. I always use this stuff on the rugs and matts... never fails. Just give it a miunute to soak in and blot it dry with a clean towel.

^^ LOL. Thanks, guys, for the suggestions. Not sure where I'll start (maybe look in the grocery store or stop by a Pep Boys or something and see what's out there). I have some Oxiclean at home, but was a little worried it may bleach it, so I'll save that as a last resort. I'll let you know how it works out.

hit it with a can of degreaser? haha might work but haven't tried it. But logically it would work.
