dvd question for gurus

Hey this question more for the gurus.. so I have a e92 lci and i started messing around with playing dvds on the idrive its cool and everything but the amount of screen space allocated is a small square box. is it ever possible to take up the whole screen?? I tried messing around with settings didnt see anything to handle that

I have found that the zoom option doesn't work for all DVDs. On the newer DVDs I have that option makes the picture go full wide screen. However, on an older DVD I have (Boondock Staints) it still looks like yours in the picture.

Try out a different DVD and see if the zoom option works.

I had a feeling that was the case thanks buddy worked like a charm with the dark knight
