How about the Eibach Pro Sytem available at Tire Rack? It comes with the Eibach springs, matching dampers and sways for front and rear.

They are linear springs. Not sure if they come with rear shock mounts.

BMW Performance is the way to go. The damping is significantly better than ZSP while roll is reduced. If you are going OEM this is the only way to go and well within your budget. Trust me - it is absolutely amazing what BMW engineers did.

However, there is a side-effect. You will notice immediately how soft the rear subframe bushings are when you go over bumps but this will be the case even if you go with the aftermarket suspensions. This proves that the original suspension design had flaws. If you upgrade your suspension and SF bushings you will have a different machine with two personalities. One that doesn't mind being pushed hard and the other one that can chill out and just cruise.

Also, you will get a nice drop while not being slammed, perfect in my opinion.

I concur with this 100%!! Bmw ps kit is perfect, but those bushings will need to be replaced soon. I haven't installed ps rear sway bar, will be doing it all at once. Seems like the both sway bars that came with ps are about same size as stock msport. are they stiffer by chance?

PS kit replaces front sway bar only. It appears that the bar has different geometry from stock that makes it stiffer but the thickness is the same. There are many variables that engineers can play with such as material types, thickness, geometry etc. to create desired response. Be careful with the rear sway, it may cause negative effects also and throw suspension system out of balance.

Ask 'solishe' about the PS rear sway bar for LCI msport cars. Apparently BMW engineered a PS rear sway for those cars whereas the sport suspension cars (like mine) didn't require changing the rear sway with the PS kit. The person you responded to has the msport susp.

Yes, mine included updated rear sway bar which I havent installed yet.. Thickness looks about same as stock.

Again, 'solishe' has a LCI msport susp 335i and replaced the msport rear sway bar with the PS rear sway bar that he ordered with the PS kit. He mentioned the outside diameter was the same but the inside of the PS rear sway is thicker.
I guess BMW 'softened' the rear sway with the LCI msport from the sport susp.
If you're going to go through the labor to change rear sways and are no longer running rft's I'd urge you to consider replacing the subframe bushings with M3 SF bushings at the same time
