Battery replacement question
Hi guys
My battery is still OEM from 2008. Just want to know how you had your battery changed as I feel I don't have too much long left on the battery life. Did you go to a dealer or indy - how much did it cost? Also, what brand you went with and why. Cheers |

Buy a bosch S5 battery for around $200 ish, get advan to register it with their autologic for $20 or so and you're done for about a 1/4 - 1/2 the price bmw charge!

I know Varta Silver Dynamic is also very good specs and OEM in some euros. 6 years + is extraordinary for a battery.. I wonder if it is on its second?

Any bosch dealer should be able to hook you up, call a few and get some prices (go to the bosch australia website and find some dealers in your area)
I bought mine from newcastle auto electrics, and it was <$200 installed by memory back in 2012 (albeit I got a good deal at the time, I think they're more expensive now) |
