I've seen darker but it's never comforting. The oil is going to break down over time and will blacken quickly thanks to the extra heat from the turbos. I do my oil changes between 3k and 5k, typically the oil comes out dark for me without being too nasty.

Off topic, but i see your sig has fumto vales. I have one for my e36 m3. Can I use that same one for my e90 335i?

As long as you have the same one we have HERE for the S50/S52 M3 then it will also work on the E90 335. The Fumoto 12mm Oil Drain Valve is compatible with a multitude of BMWs.

I dug up the valve, it is f109 m12-1.5 drain valve w/ adapter 12mm-1.5. It looks just like yours but it doesnt have the part to connect the hose to it.
