Sold my 08 335i rims/tires for sale
I decided to sell my 08 335i convertible with sport. I have 4 tires and rims for sale. I mounted them last December, and they came off in march. The tires have less than 2000 miles on them. They are Bridgestone Blizzaks 225/45 R17 run-flats and have the TPM system in the rims. I paid $1500 for the set and will sell the set of 4 rims and tires for $800.00 I know winter just ended but this will save you a lot of money next winter! |

I am going to post on EBay if can not sell them here quickly
I am off of exit 312 on the PA turnpike.
I hated to sell the car but have found even with only my wife and I most of the time her having a mini-cooper and me the 335 2 door presented issues on a number of occasions. |

What are you getting instead?
I am just curious. Not much out there will match the BMW. What issues are talking about, space? You can always rent an SUV on the few occasions or get rid of the mini. Your wife might not like that though. The hit you'll take is higher than the cost of renting when necessary. And, mark my words, you will be back for another BMW down the road unless you can resist the great temptation so double whammy. These cars can be addicting.

I bought the car at a good price, and this is the right time to sell a convertible. I looked at the Audi A6 4.2 S-line, the BMW 550 and 335 Xi, as well as the Lexus.
The 550 is very expensive, and BMW is not offering any terrific lease or finance programs. The Audi is what I am leaning towards right now. The car feels right, and I like the 4 wheel drive system they have. My younger son will be around for a bit until he transfers to a 4 year college. We go to my Mom's a lot and she lives about 2 hours away. We also have been driving to visit my older son in Boston. The 335 is terrific and I will miss it, but there simply is not enough room in the back for another adult for a longer drive, and my wife has to do contortions to get out of the rear seat. Another issue is that I am on the local first aid squad and carry a lot of equipment with me, and unless I unload the equipment there is not much room in the trunk, and the fold down rear seat is a pain to load groceries etc out of. I ride a bike and I can sort of fit it on the rear shelf, but not without removing the front wheel, and worrying about ripping the seats. At any rate, I wish I had the cash to keep the car and buy a larger one as well. Unfortunately with the market the way it is it may be a while before I can consider that. At any rate, I loved the 6000 miles I drove with the 335 convertible. |
