I've had no drama's with them, used them on & off for years, can't remember who my wife's claim was with a few years back but think it was them - no problems as far as I can remember.

Got a good quote from a comparison site.
After getting to the nearly the end of my online application with esure themselves, it stated, I would need to phone them as they don't insure my type of car. Half an hour on the phone the quote was much higher than the comparison site quote. |

I was with esure when I lived in London, I was paying 600 fully comp on my golf Gti, I moved to Yorkshire in 2010 and when I advised them of my new address, they doubled the price of the policy to 1150, I couldn't believe it, ive got a York postcode and live out in the sticks, I cancelled the policy and went with direct line for less than I was paying in the 1st place.

Have you tried LV or Directline? I find both cheapest for me.

I'm glad aviva works for you, but I've never had a good quote from them, they always border on the outrageous, last one I had was £2750 on my 330d, over £2000 more than i got it for in the end. Aviva have a good deal on at the mo though, 15 weeks free insurance I think it is, |

I've never had that happen and use comparison sites as a basis for my quote every year

£912 Ant. Esure were £474.00
Both wanted addition security Ian. I would habve liked to have gone with LV as I had them on the last M3 and thought them good. UK call centres are a major + for me. I found a lot of them get to the top of the page with a cheap quote. Then add premium tax when you go further.Very annoying. |

Do Esure insure M3s now? They didn't used to. I used to be with Esure (great customer service - UK call centre) but got a better price via Adrian Flux and changed a few years back. Sky Insurance beat Flux by over £120 comparing like for like this year, plus I also get track day cover.
I paid £680 I recall with protected no claims. |

Funny, I was with E-sure for the last ten years at least but this year they wanted £275 from me (a couple of pounds less than last year) but DirectLine gave a quotation for £183! No brainer, really.
