so there's a door in one of the hospitals i work in that closes like this...i just find it cool. Likely secondary to suction

no springs, door is not weighted, no fanciness

yeah i gathered this was the cause. there is a small rush of air as it closes.

never been to US ERs and location is essential for how busy the ERs are. Pretty busy here...routinely over capacity
