under the 4 year 50k miles maintenance program what is included?

oil changes brakes what exactly do i get and at how many miles?

well when i bought my car i was told free oil changes every 15 k and now i got my service done a bmw at 14k i belive and it says my next oil change isnt due untill 24 more k and i wonder y and my brakes are messed up but no light yet and i recenty went from 25mpg to 16-17 based off of miles per tank not comp readin so im guessing somehting on my car needs to be changed but my car isnt telling me anything.

what about my air filter is that vovered? if im at 25k miles on my bmw what do i need to change under the maintinece plan by now?
