Tell your wife she has great taste in shoes

Love me some Alexander McQueen (rest his soul), but no, these are Jeffrey Campbell Night Walks. I have 4 pairs of them and they are much easier to walk in than you'd think

OK, reviving an older thread because I didn't want to start a new one

I've gotten a few PMs asking for sound clips of my cutouts and vented hood/DCI/BOV combo. Here is a super quick one from my driveway for anyone interested. It is pretty loud...

Yeah, I'm getting an M3 front bumper as a Christmas present for myself this year So that's coming up soon....

After that, I need a drop, but I haven't decided how I want to go about doing that yet. I'll probably end up getting coilovers but I really only want the drop for aesthetic purposes (I don't do a lot of road course racing), and I'm happy with the way the car handles currently), so spending $2,000+ on something that's just for "looks" is questionable.

You have alot of different suspension options besides $2000+ KWs. I would recommend BC Racing coilovers, you get a nice adjustable drop as well better handling and for $900+.

Do the vents in the hood keep it a lot cooler? You'd think it would

Nice pics of both you and the car! I know how it is as far as all the mods in time lol. I started with cosmetic then stopped and finally went FBO. Now back to cosmetic, but it seems to never end

Thanks I am actually not usually a huge fan of the "murdered" look (on most cars anyway) but one thing led to another and here I am haha. Wasn't necessarily planned that way, but I think it looks good

Yeah, they seem to. These hoods are kind of a PITA in general, though. Fitment is hit or miss.

I'm on the hunt for a Pre LCI E90 Vorsteiner now (discontinued ) If anyone has one that they want to sell, hit me up! (seriously)

Yeah, I think I am taking a break from cosmetic mods after I get a new front bumper and focusing on finishing up my FBO path. Just deciding whether I want to do E85 or Meth.

I don't hate it. The shop that installed it kind of messed up the paint job (in fact it is back in the shop right now where they are attempting to fix it). More just a bad experience with this particular hood I think. I bought it here on the forums but it's the same one that mod bargains sells. You're lucky if any of these hoods other than Vorsteiner have 90% fitment. They're not perfect and they are kind of a pain to work with if you get one with any cosmetic flaws.
