I don't think you can.
Best case if it were possible would be to track it back to the original build however if the dealer installed something it would not reflect back and update the VIN. I'm sure the informed members of this board can help you if you provide pics and details. |

Really I was told you take the VIN number of the car to ANY BMW dealership and ask them to see records ect.. and it will show EXACTLY what options the car has...
