Insurance Time

My insurance is due again in 2 weeks time...

All Mods declared, 5k miles per year, 9+ years no claims, locked in a secure building over night and they still want £540.00

Have you tried Admiral? I've just got a 2014 M235i covered for £275.

5k miles per year, 15 years no claims, age 55, no mods, car on drive.

Worth a try?

I tried them,,,,,,

For the 335, declaring the modifications - £559.39

So I looked at a multi car policy with them
335i - £559.39
535d - 709.70 but I currently pay £418.00 with the current insurer

So that was a non starter....

22, I dread renewal time..
It seems that it's always creeping up - mines coming up in June and I'm already stressing about it.

Did you try Adrian Flux? Back when I had I modified Wrangler I used them to find me the best deal. If I remember correctly they are brokers who specialise in car mods.

I Tried Aviva,,, there basic quote was very good, £260 but then add the mods, and I couldn't include some of them so to get a true cost I will need to call them

then

Enhanced courtesy car,
Motor Legal cover,
Foreign use with European breakdown,
No Claim Protection,
Motor Legal cover,
Rescue Recovery at home and onward travel

All the little things that I need, it bumped it back up to just over £500

Ahh I see my man, iv got motor legal and enhanced courtesy car and that's it's, I found that when I rang them they were able to be a lot more competitive, I do need to add break down this year as it's handy to have, and iv had a few surprises this year but managed to get it home haha
