Just be more aware of what is on your hands. I had mine replaced at 35'ish thousand miles, Previous owner obviously only keep his/her hand at 12 o'clock. I'm about to roll 60k and just being sure my hands are clean and not always keeping my hands in the same spot day after day after day the wheel doesnt show much, if any, wear at all...

Death grip+sweaty hands = flatspots and flaking alcantra...

I also use some inexpensive driving gloves, from walmart, when auto-x'ing, the adrenaline rush makes my hands sweaty...

Awesome interior's, hopefully we'll see that re-introduced in the US in an e90 ZHP of some sorts. I'm holding out for that or a 135i, I havnt decided yet...

The anthracite headliner is cool.

The alcantara material on steering wheels flakes fast in hot and humid climate like South East Asia. Lifespan is much shorter compared to the leather-wrapped M-steering wheel.

I really want to switch my shift knob to that ///M one... just out of curiosity, w/ this M package, are the throws of the gears any shorter or the same w/ just a M knob?

also, does anyone know where I can get the shifter besides EBAY? hahaha

which colour of Alcantara is this? I've ordered this and I 8 it to be honest this colour! I thought it was very dark black !

The M-Sport interior i the best I have had so far...

Here is mine (320si):
(I have fitted AC Schnitzer: pedals, handbrake and gearknob after I took these picture, but kept the original parts, so that it can be converted back to its original look.)

Danm! this look freaking goo!!! It is sad sometimes we in USA do not get the options you get. These are 2006 cars, and now is that we are getting the M kits on our 3 series.
