Vivid is 4 miles from my house my CLS is on their blog. I do bmw business with Goodspeed 40+miles away.
I installed CPe DP the first time around at u fix it or something off sdale rd where you can rent a lift. NO WAY would i do that project without a lift, ever. suspension would be under 2hrs if you have a lift too. Pro tip: Take apart your trunk carpet before you try the install of the rear shocks, even the night before. its awkward.

Yeah...I found a place that offered a much better deal that came recommended by locals. PM me for details if you're interested. We could possibly try setting up a group install day and see if they'll help out with the price even more.

I'll go check it out. Anybody know what tools they provide there? Do they provide air?

U fix it does have tools, but last time I was there (I did my s2000 exhaust there) they didn't have air. That was a couple of years ago.
Also it'll be cool seeing another monaco blue around! |

I'm thinking about going to UFixIt to get a lift rented for some work I need to do.

Hey for the wheels instead of reps get the oem m359 wheels the offsets and widths Will give you a better stance. I would like to hear the exhaust you choose when installed!

Grabbing few things at a time, think before I get wheels though im gonna get the engine mods (dci, jb, occ). What width/aspect ratio tires you guys using for non run flat and brand too?

Anybody local with a garage have some time to help me lower my rear coilovers a few turns? I, unfortunately, don't have the wrenches that they should've come with so hopefully somebody has a set of coilover wrenches

But honestly, its a pretty simple DIY project if you have some time and patience. All you need is a heat gun, razor, and plastic scraper to remove the panels with. Several youtube videos on how to do this too. |
