Before I pull the trigger on the front and rear setup from Sean at Offset, is there another more economical option available for a spirited daily driver? I just want to make sure I have explored all quality options.

Don't think so. M3 control arms give the best bang for buck. Next would be coilovers or a spring/shock setup

I prefer the M3 and with upgraded thrust arm bushings as well from RE, transformed my car.

Would replacing the standard 335 bushings with RE ones make a big difference as well or would it only be beneficial if used in the m3 arms?

They are designed for M3 arms only.

I am thinking that I might do my suspension upgrade in two phases given the cash outlay and to make sure I need the next phase.

How do you know when you need to refresh the bushings? In other words, how many K's before people are upgrading to the M parts because they need to?

Phase I

Bilstein B12 Kit
Upper shock mounts Front/Rear
UUC Transmission Mounts

Phase II

M3 Front Upper/Lower
M3 Rear Upper/Lower

Phase I

And don't forget about sway bars. Although if you have the sport package then you might not need to worry about that.

Hi guys,
I recently bought a 2010 LCI 320d M sport (package).
I've been reading alot about this upgrade and the only question that I could not find an answer is : will these control arms fit also to my car? It's not a 335 so I couldn t find anything about upgrading my model. Some websites say that these parts are not suitable for M equipment - e.g. " available for e90 non M" . I read a post that only the front would be possible to fit, the rear not,but i m not sure.
Can you help me?

After much debating, I called Sean at Offset yesterday afternoon and placed my order. He is shipping me the M3 Front Upper/Lower Suspension Upgrade along with Bilstein Front Sway Bar End Links. I decided to hold off on upgrading the rear as the life span of the original parts has a ways to go still. Now I have the B12 Kit along with this stuff from Sean and the Front/Rear Upper Strut Mount Kit from Turner. The UUC Transmission Mounts and my M Performance Aluminum Racing Pedals. Everything being installed next week by our good friend IVO in Mississauga. Will post up some pictures shortly. Thanks for everyone's input!

Sis you ever complete this setup I'm interested because I'm thinking about going m3 control arms in the front. To combine them with my bilstein b 12th kit I have inatalled.

I just did the front for now. The backs dont wear nearly as quickly as the front do and the difference with the rear is not where the big improvement is. It is up front. I will do the backs when they are ready to be replaced as part of regular maitainence.

How many miles on your car? Have been pondering if I should purchase all 3 kits from Offset or just the front arm kit for now.

Also am planning to purchase new spring/shock combo and Apex EC-7 wheels with conti DW (18x9 F and 18x9.5 R) - I have pre-lci
