My first was modding the F10 M5's 6 speed knob to fit my e92 335i.

The illumination was a cool thing to do as well

OEM black slimline license plate frame, Covercraft windshield sun shade, and Covercraft Noah car cover (purchased shortly thereafter)

Plastidipped Wheels, front grills, window trim.
Debadged trunk emblems.
Updated HIDs, Angel Eyes, fog lights.
Smoked Tail Lights.

Did all of that at the same time.
