Houston - Recommended Service Adviser??
Hey,
Bought my car from BMW West and have since been back to them along with Momentum on 59 South for service twice so I don't have that much experience with dealers/SAs in Houston. I was just curious if anyone had a service adviser they recommend in the Houston area and why? If you recommend one, did you have any mods on your car and did they have any issues? Appreciate the help as I need to bring my car in for routine service (and occasional rough idling issues) somewhere soon. Thanks. |

Probably an inconvenience to you but at Advantage BMW in Clear Lake you could see Troy Woodyard. He is my SA and I have a heavily modded F30 and has taken care of everything no questions asked. They are a very small dealership which in turn works in your favor in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback and it's a little out of the way, but would be worth it for good service! What all do you have on your car? Did you mention what you had installed before going in or was it never brought up by you or him? Also, did you go in for service or warranty work? Thanks again.
