Hey Syndicategt, thanks that would be great always nice to have someone there thats done it before. And I would def be down for the coding once my cars out of the shop. I will need them especially for my LCI taillight conversion.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but for the LCI tailight conversion you also need a new trunk (as well as the coding)? I thought about doing it, however, I don't want to spend money on a trunk.

Yup you do need a trunk but my car had been rear ended so I just opted to buy the csl lci trunk along with the tails. I actually got a really good deal for the trunk and lights locally from a member called E90FUN.

Pissed off! So I took my car into the shop to get the LSD installed, they called me a hour to say they couldn't do it. They were under the impression I had the full pumpkin, I only had the the gears. To top that off, they said I also needed shims and possibly bearings, I'm fairly sure this is a 100% plug and play mod and that is not required.
Sonic MS says it's a 5 hour job, this place I went to wants my car for 3 days and over 10 hours of work!!!! I think I'll just have Sonic do the LSD at the same time they do mu turbos. Good news...I have the new PROcede Autotune maps testing them out this week.

At least you can take solace in the fact Sonic has done dozens of these. You shouldn't have any issues with them. Any word on the RB's? Hopefully, you can do this all very soon. Your car is going to be a monster! |

I'm scheduling an appointment with Sonic on October 1st, giving them my car for a week, and having them do the turbos and LSD. When are you getting the Shiv meth kit?

Thats a long time from now. Sure you can wait that long?
Your guess is as good as mine. I'm hoping by august 13 I'm waiting on several items. Paid already... Pmw meth kit, v5 2.5 upgrade, and m3 sides from Jay. Next upgrade will either be new front bumper and/or m3 suspension bits. I can't seem to stop myself. |

What's IPD? I used SonicMS as that was recommended by several people. Great work and price. I just remembered though, it did take them 3 days. They remove and reinstall the pumpkin but send it out for the actual LSD install. You may get it done faster. If possible, could even drop the pumpkin yourself and take it wherever they do. It would only cost $2-250.
