Wheel Balance and alignment shop - Bucks County

One of my OEM RFTs was recently shot and I ended up buying rep M6 rims with tires for the price of 2 RFTs.
I feel (in the steering wheel and by ear) a very faint knocking coming from the front passenger wheel, it only shows up at moderate speeds (40-50) and when the car is not under load (foot off the gas).

The two front tires looked almost new when I bought them, I am thinking it's a wheel balancing or alignment issue. I hope it's not the tire itself or a suspension problem. Any suggestions greatly appreciated, I am looking for a good alignment shop in Bucks county.

thanks!

The problem with going to BMW is that I'd have to remove the Cobb and wait til adaptations were set. Then put it back on and reset adaptations again...my car isn't lowered but it is low (E93 - Sport Package w/ 19"s and front lip), I have a hard time getting onto most carwash rails.
