Turbo failure??

The other night I started driving home after my car had been in the cold all day and I noticed it wasnt accelerating like it should. Literally felt like someone had swapped my 335 engine for a civic 4banger. I pulled over and restarted it and it has been fine since.

Can this be a problem or is there some sort of safety feature shutting off the turbos when they are very cold still?

Hmm I didnt notice any other lights but it had been a long b---- of a day so might have just missed it. My car is still stock with 1800 miles on it. Thanks for the diagnosis

Hopefully it's not a bad fuel pump. That's how mine started... loss of normal acceleration.

No, while you should not accelerate the car hard when cold, you could if you wanted to and most of the power would be there.

How long is your car taking to start up when you hit the "START" button?

How is your idle? Is it rough or has is changed since the car was new?

I just had the same problem last night and this morning.. Car seems to start up fine but goes into limp mode soon after I start driving. I've already had the fuel pump changed so I don't know what the problem could be. What do you guys think? (Sorry for thread-jacking)
