Factory Filled Coolant 2007 335i

Can anyone with a 335I confirm the color of their coolant?
I've always thought it was the BLUE BMW Coolant.

I just check my coolant for the first time since buying the vehicle, it appears the color is amber/orange. Resemble apple juice/urine.

Is this what BMW is using now? For their 100,000 mile Coolant change interval?

Is this DEX-COOL or Zyrex??

Or did the dealership screw up and put the wrong coolant in the car.

Dealership is:Mckenna in Norwalk, CA

Thanks!

Mine was blue/greenish when I did my flush. I refilled with BMW antifreeze/distilled water mix and that is also blue/greenish.

Mine was also bluish when I performed the flush, including the OEM coolant that I refilled. Perhaps you are looking into the expansion tank which can give a false impression of the color due to a coating BMW uses on the inside of the expansion tank.

On a few cars that have never had a coolant change done, I've noticed that the color is amber - not the expected greenish-blue color of OEM coolant. I am not sure what the reason is.

Coolant

So this is the color of the coolant.

Can anyone tell me if it's Zyrex-05 or Dexcool?

I guess I will be getting flush in the coming weeks if it's Dexcool..

As you can see, it looks like urine or apple juice...

Thanks for the input everyone.

It was similar but a bit darker and dirtier. It was definitely not green-blue.
