Got my first moving violation (Making a Left out of the middle lane) ticket a couple months back and have a court date coming up in October.

If its in the bx you are F****. I had the same violation by Pelham PKWY and got a lawyer only to be $250 outta the lawyer and get 3 points on my license plus the fine. Best advice for you is don't get a lawyer and just push it as may times as you can.

Push it back, and you could always say you were lost and the person in the left lane gave you directions and told you to make the left in front of em. Idk it's worth a shot lol

lol...who knows might be worth a try...only problem is live 5 mins away from where it happened...
