"spider" Tuning Box 320d (177)
As mentioned in title
Due to just having had a remap I no longer require this. However will be someones cup of tea due to the fact that it can be removed prior to any servicing etc. Got it in April so still under warranty BARGAIN £200 Last edited by monkE90; 10-06-2008 at 03:53 AM.. |

The power increase is also very good. Evolve posted the map in one of my posts"finally booked in for remap" You can compare the graphs from this. My car is an automatic and when I got the spider I noticed a judder low down .Mike from spider gave me a replacement unit but it was still the same. In my ignorance I blamed the spider..... It turns out that it is the transmission trying to cope with large torque increase. Evolve tryed giving me more torque but they were warned by the computer that the transmission couldn,t take it.. So I still have the judder but like the when the spider was fitted I drive accordingly to not allow this to happen. £250 (delivered) IMO is a good price(will let it go a bit longer before reducing as i,ve had loads of interest.. |
