Yeah, the welds are terrible on the piping. Expect a lot more from ER.
carbon cover is very thin...you can flex it real easy lol!

Well, I ordered an ER chargepipe. I waited over 2 weeks for it because it was not something that Jeff@TGS (good service, btw) had in stock. I got my chargepipe today, but the 2 1" hoses that connect to the DVs were not included, even though they were checked off on the QC sheet that's included.

I will say that the chargepipe looks great and I have never seen a product packaged so well, but this is disappointing.

That could be disappointing, but I'm sure ER will make it right for you.

I'm sure. After 2 weeks, I was just excited to install my new chargepipe.

That's really unacceptable. It shows that their QC is total shit. If they can't actually check off a sheet correctly, what makes you think their QC in areas that really count is up to par?

I too am in the process of purchasing an ER pipe through Jeff@TGS (absolutely wonderful service, but I will give my experience in a separate thread). Through errors on my end as a result of wrong FMIC from the previous owner my first pipe I received was incorrect. Quality however was great and everything checked off was there. My pipe was supposed to ship Monday, but was rejected at QC for anodizing issues. Will update when I receive the new pipe, but it's bittersweet...delayed delivery, but high quality standards. My background is in manufacturing / operations so I can relate to these challenges.

I am speaking to Fred and Christine via email right now. I am pretty sure that business hours end well before 7:30, but they are working to help me. It's much appreciated. Despite some QC issues, I still stand by my previous comment that ER is a good company and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Update: Everything has been sorted out. ER will be sending me the missing hoses (express mail) tomorrow.
