Any challenges importing this and registering in USA? I assume all instruments are km etc?

the price is now 40 000 USD thanks to the declining Canadian dollar.

all instruments are in KM. I honestly do not know what the challenges are to import the vehicle in the U.S.A. I do know however that there are certain companies that offer that service. I also live close to the border (87 north, Champlain crossing) and would be willing to drive the car to the U.S.A and sell it there. however, I do not know if this is legal or what procedure needs to be done afterwards.
