Misfire Codes and Mixture Control Codes
Over the past few months I have had mixture control codes but never experienced a misfire or anything abnormal. This morning, I got on the throttle a little bit and got the following codes:
P29D1 - Misfire cylinder 5 P29D0 - Misfire cylinder 4 P29D9 - Misfire, low fuel level P29CC - Misfire, multiple cylinders It looks like a bank 2 issue and I'm thinking possibly O2 sensor? Can anyone confirm my speculation? Thanks! |

I had a similar issue recently and I went through the following: New HPFP > new plugs > switched coils around > new injectors and, although a little better, still had issues.
It seemed to be pretty isolated (bank 1), so with there being only so many more things left to replace related with these issues I ended up having my pre cat O2 sensors replaced and that did the trick. I would agree and go with replacing the O2 sensor if it hasn't been replaced in a long time/ever. |
