I got out of a groove with that and I'm trying to get back into a routine of working out every morning

I usually am at the gym at 5:15 every weekday morning, but Im also usually at work by 6:30.

It helps that I live 5 minutes from work, and usually go to bed early...

gym at 6:30....work by 7:45-7:50...gym is in the building next door

My gym is closer to home, so I run home, shower... shirt and tie, off to work I go...
