HELP: Side skirt reallignment?

My right side skirt(rocker panel) seems kinda off as shown below:

Front right

Rear right

Both ends seems kinda popped out, the left skirt looks popped out a lil but not as much, but definitely alligned with the fender.
How the hell that happened? I've no freagin idea, probably something happened when the dealer jack my car up to replace one of the defective wheels, but I doubt that could be the main reason. Anyway, I am wondering, how can I fix this? I've search for some DIY and found pics of longtran and gang M-tech installation party..and still, I've no idea how can I take this off and reallign this. I am skeptical as I've not work on the car before and don't want to break anything or causing paint damage if I stretch it too hard. Help!!! Thanks!!!

Go to the dealer - tell them that it was like that - get it repaired under warranty. Best of luck

Thanks..guess I would need to get that fixed by the dealer..was trying to get it done myself if its easy, dealer is about 30miles away...kinda lazy to drive and paying toll...and risk my car getting "marked" again.

i scraped the bottom of my side skirt a while ago and that was the cause for my side skirt to pop out.
