Pre-Lci Halogen to Xenon

I've done my search and read the DIY threads before making this thread, so here's the question I wasn't able to get an answer to from the existing threads:

The wiring, I've read in a thread or two that it can be done without any cutting of the factory wiring. The required wiring can be done inside the headlight... this is where I'm getting lost because I haven't found a DIY showing how it can be done.

Is there a DIY out there about the wiring in the headlight?

If you want to do the wiring inside the headlight, this is how it's done.

1) Locate the "black" wire that leads into the ballast.
2) Locate the "brown" wire that is connected to the halogen bulb
3) Using a "butt" connector, tap these 2 wires together. Tap them as close as you can towards the main connector (gives you enough slack if you need to every change your halogen bulb)

Here is how I did it,

This will allow the lowbeam xenon light's to turn on.

OEM Pre-LCI Euro Xenon headlights.

Used all oem parts (ballast, bulbs etc) and coded the car.

No errors.

LOL...how is using a harness with resistors not risky?

The OEM way is to code the car and not "fool" it by using a harness.
