///MFest 3 :: VIP :: April 10-12, 2009 :: Las Vegas, NV ::

At ///Mfest everyone is welcome to join (not just BMW M owners) as long as you follow a simple rule, that is " to have fun and be respectful with others"

Words by Jo Cajita...

Karl Rapp and Gustav Otto must be smiling from the heavens above. In the hundreds, Bavarian beasts of different shapes and sizes swarmed around the local Starbucks in Barstow, CA and eagerly waited to roll out to paint Las Vegas red. March 7, 2008 was the date when the very first ///MFest commenced.

It all started out as a spontaneous idea, from enthusiasts like you, before 2008 crawled in. A 30-some group of M-inspired car fanatics gathered several times for years to get away from the hustle of Southern California to enjoy Las Vegas with the ones they love most - their cars. Laidback and the guys wanted to share this brand of fun with every single car nut on the face of the earth by "Redefining the enthusiast and the community through camaraderie." That camaraderie that emerged from this event has grown since then.

The question is, “Are You Ready?”

If you are ready, ///MFest 3 is just around the corner once again!

Here are some of the details!!!
///MFest 3 "VIP"

When: April 10-12, 2009 (Easter Weekend)
Where: Final Destination is Las Vegas, NV. Caravans will be set up from Washington, Oregon, Utah, NorCal, SoCal, Arizona, and Texas.
Hotel: Palazzo Hotel (The Venetian) http://www.palazzolasvegas.com
Registration Fee: TBA
Activitities: Group Drives, Show and Shine Competition, Track Day, Drag Day, 3-on-3 Streetball Tournament, Raffle, Pool Party, Club Event, and more to be announced!!!
Sponsors: VF Engineering, Horse Power Freaks, Vorsteiner, Euro Dyne, European Auto Source, Wheel Power, Autohaus Frankfurt, C&C Collision, BMS Tuning, Southbay Autohaus, RD Sport, Trinity Autosport, Stealth Auto, MRTM Design, and more to come!!!!

A Few Simple Rules:

1. Relax don't be too uptight... Remember you are coming to ///MFest to have fun..Meet your fellow enthusiasts/new friends and have a good time.
2. "RESPECT" one another.
3. If you are thinking of testing the limits of your car/s on public roads, this is NOT the right event for you.
4. On the caravan and group drives please be respectful of others and do not follow too close. No stupid or unnecessary moves that put YOU and OTHERS in harm’s way.
5. If you are going to "complain/whine or be cocky " during and especially after ///MFest, please we highly advise you not to go.
6. Any misconduct from ANY of the participants of ///MFest will not be tolerated during ///MFest.
7. Kindly take the time to listen to the announcements that we will be making.

And most importantly have FUN as that's what ///MFest is all about and don't forget to SMILE!!!

People will say and have said were crazy for doing this and making it so cheap and i guess their right but i know times are tough right now and I want each enthusiast and Mfester to be able to join/ participate, enjoy and take a break from stress and celebrate with us for three days at a fraction of the cost...

here you go guys...

It will be $135 per person for the guys including passengers, tag alongs, and what not...if your a HE then you have to pay full price...

Which will include the following on your registration fee:

Mfest goodie bag ( $25 Limited Edition Mfest 2009 Men's tshirt in black, $20 Limited edition Mfest CF pen, $20 detailing kits from Meguiars, $5 Mfest stickers, $10 lanyards, $20 limited edition Mfest calendar total cost = $100)
Snacks and drinks at the Show and Shine
Lunch (bbq) at the Track on Saturday
Entrance fee to the track and or the State parks
Entrance Pool Party
VIP Parking at the Palazzo
3 Platinum Raffle tickets value more than 10k+
3 Gold tickets Raffle tickets value more than=$3k+
and more!!!

This time the ladies will only have to pay@ $50 ( no goodie bag BUT will have a separate raffle (for ladies only as per their suggestion) and they'll have a Limited edition 2009 Mfest Womens tshirt in black), but they can pay full price if they want to get the goodie bags and what not...

Extra raffle tickets will be on sale at the registration, track and at the show and shine...

For the club event it will be a separate deal that will be done at the registration table $40 for the guys and $30 for the ladies this will include entrance fee, VIP pass line and we'll serve a FEW drinks for people with the VIP pass, you will each be given a VIP pass bracelet...

We did our best to keep the registration as affordable as possible (as you can see this year ladies don't pay as much as the guys) for everybody to have a good time for three days and as for people who have been to Mfest 2 will attest that the registration fee will be worth it...I know people will ask "what if i don't want to go to the pool party or the track", "My buddies are just tagging along will they have to pay" the answer will be YES as this is a PACKAGE DEAL "BUFFET STYLE" and CANNOT BE BROKEN DOWN ( a real deal for this trip imho), The Registration will be a breeze this time as we rented a conference hall for everyone to go and pickup their stuff ...the one other key to this event aside from "our Camaraderie" will be everyone's Cooperation...all we are asking is to help us make this kind of event a reality every year and hope you can continue to support Mfestforum and it's events...

We will post a link on were to register and pay online...by next week...we will only accept PAYPAL and definitely NO REFUNDS pls!!!

Note that the CF pens, Mfest Calendar, lanyards, detailing kit are limited and I suggest registering early so you can secure them...

More details coming very soon which includes the grp rate code...
