Pacific Raceways TestnTune??
Looks like the schedule hasn't been available on the PR website for a bit - does anyone know when they open and start the Test&Tune sessions? How much do they charge to bring your car?
I'm thinking of heading down to Kent when they open up, any one else interested in running the dragstrip with me? Would be fun to make it a mini-event and see where the car is at performance-wise - I just need to go buy a helmet now. |

Its probably because of the season.. They should re-open during Spring time.

I'm down. I think it's $25-$35 for one-day T&T's.

Have you done any more performance mods since we met? |

No, just the exhaust for now. I took out the intake and am probably gonna try to sell it. I've been having performance mod cravings recently though.

haha, I was thinking about putting in either the AE exhaust or a full titanium one... however, I think I might just get another tune instead.. JB+ perhaps, I really miss the downpipes more than the JB2X though.. Car sounded , especially when you punch it and you can hear the turbos spooling

Can't go wrong with AE, but full titanium would be sex, and $$$!
Catless downpipes are definitely on the list for me. Can anyone recommend a good brand? I heard the RR have fitment issues. Sorry for the Joe!

No sweat - yea the RR ones look to have some issues but the AR Design ones that EMS sells look pretty hot. I would love to get a set of their racing cats DPs to still meet emmissions and gain the HP benefit.

I had Ultimate Racing Catless DPs.. I had them installed the same time as James, he had the Riss Racing ones.. You are right about the fitment issue, they taper out and are slightly bigger right after the part that connects to the turbo (I think it was the left one)... Anyways that makes it really difficult for the install because its hard to get your hands in that tight little spot. Performance wise they are the same, but make sure you pick up some o2 simms before you install them, I got CEL codes and threw limp a couple of times.

You dont have to worry about emmissions just yet, and plus if you have the o2 simms, you will pass since they check from the cars computer. gett ittttt
