Have had my car 3 weeks and...

... the mod bug has taken over!

Granted, nothing major, but I scour this sit daily looking for ideas on how to waste more mon... I mean improve my car!

So far, I've done the following:

1) Euro fog switch mod by cutting the tabs on the existing switch.
2) Rear 12v outlet & cubby conversion - I have kids who have iPods and various other electronic doodads requiring power sources.
3) OEM aluminum strut bar.

What's next? Dunno! Probably do something regarding the airbox. I'm liking the looks of the OEM Euro box due to the ease of filter replacement. I'd also like to add the OEM PE exhaust at some point. Sooner or later, I'll also get a set of 18" wheels.

Mental note - need to ask boss for a raise...

haha no cure 4 the bug, other than more mods.

i like the oem mod route that ur takin btw.

Never a waste of mon making your car special for yourself. If it is useful, adds to the joy of ownership, and adds goodies BMW neglected to make standard or optional, then go for it. Enjoy.

ahh - is this it? http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=610664 you are cutting tabs on a late model to get rear fogs - my Volvo had that 1 fog on the left rear
