Will I get my xmas present?

I ordered a 335i xDrive coupe last Saturday and the dealer says they were able to swap a production spot w/ another dealer and there should be no problem w/ getting it by xmas.

Should I believe them? I have the VIN and the MyBMW tracker shows it at the Production Begins stage.

There may be a slim chance but I wouldn't count on it! Just look through some of the other threads to see how long it's been taking other folks. Good luck though.

If it is a south african build not a chance. They ship once a month and the next boat will be 12/17 from all of my research. It is a 3 wk trip plus time at the VPC. Sorry man.

He ordered a coupe, so no worries there...

In regards to it getting here before Christmas, I think it will be close, but as long as it is not held up at the port, it should be no problem

Maybe they swapped for a car already built and in transit? That's probably the only way you would get it by Christmas.
