Yes, it is either for a trunk sub or to power the underseat woofers without any cutting.

Thanks, I guess when I was asking if you would make a custom harness with the connector for my amp FS, I was just asking for your standard one.

Technic, I believe I have the Hi-Fi system. 2 tweeters, Underseat Subs, and Front Door, Rear deck speakers. How much would your harness cost and how long would it take to reach me?

Hi I too want to buy a harness.
Ive got an e93 with hifi (business sound) I don't think there's any fibre optic with this.
I also have a question though, more to do with audio spec. Should I start a new post?
Basically I have an existing amp with 2 subs and want to know if they are going to be compatible or better than what's already installed?
Primarily the amp...

Your OEM HU outputs differential/balanced signals. Therefore you need a balanced-inputs aftermarket amp (example: JL Audio XD or HD amps) or a balanced to unbalanced-signal converter (example: Audiocontrol) in between the harness and the unbalanced-inputs aftermarket amp.

I too am looking for a harness. 2010 135i vert. I think I have the Hi-Fi system. 2 tweets, two 4'' in the door, 2 4" next to the back seat, and two subs under the seats. I've got a pair of earthquakes swsi and a JL audio 500/1 amp that I want to install. Really dont want to chop my OEM wires. Thanks for any response.
