Procede Flex Fuel Log- Fueling Help
Car is FBO no meth.
Procede Rev 3 with Flex Fuel Procede Flash Warlbro 450 pump in stock basket 100% E85 in the tank, that yeilds about 63% actual on the sensor this time of year here in the north east. Log is a 2nd-3rd and bit of 4th gear Problem: Fuel trims are maxing out still in 2nd and still higher than I expect overall especially with the procede flash and upgraded lpfp. I was having these issues at the end of last season before the car went into storage and figured the upgraded pump would resolve them come spring and really not much has changed. Seems like the car still cannot get enough fuel, I am still on my stock HPFP (55K on the car now) and car does not throw any codes at all. Is this signs of a weak HPFP or possibly a low reading low pressure fuel sensor? Possibly a bad regulator or something else in the fuel tank? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated |

I will try to get out over the next day or two to dial it in and report back with the changes. I guess I was hoping that the stock LPFP was the culprit previously and that the upgraded LPFP pump would be the solution to maxing fuel trims. Thanks Jeller |

Wow, I'm running 100% e85 and my trims are never that high. I actually had to back my OL to 50% to keep it from dropping way into the negative. Lean it out like Dave said. You can target 13.5:1 without meth for peak torque. Good luck.

Okay, was able to get out tonight and make some adjustments and log.
I kept moving the AFR Enleanment up further and further and the fuel trims started coming down and the AFR started to move up a bit but not very much I have the AFR enleanment set at 20 (max according to what it says on the user adjustable table 5-20) and the car is now running about 11.5 AFR This is better than the high 10's - 11 flat it was running before, but could still used improvement. So if the AFR enleanment is maxed out what is needed to adjust next the actual AFR target table itself? |
