I can leave jb3 installed for new software ?

This morning at dealer...new pump, new injectors and new software (recall from BMW).

My question ...I can leave jb3 on map 0 for reprograming my car ? It's not a problem all my mod for my dealer I just want to know if I can dammage my jb3 when reprogramming the car ?

Yes you can leave it in... Nothing will happen to the jb3, but be carwfull fir the warranty.
