Boiling oil
So today i made an oil change in my 2006 330i but when the oil came down to the oil catcher i saw the oil so hot that it was boiling, is that normal?

I don't know what you saw, but it wasn't boiling oil.
Oil boils somewhere around 500F I think. Your engine runs more along the lines of 200ish.
