lol you just went???

Well there is a tiny pinhole bubble in my rear window and when i called him about it he seemed hesitiant to repair it...
I decided I rather live with it then risk damage to the rear defroster while removing the tints.
If anything ill try fixing it myself with a pin.

I would not recommend him because i feel going with a larger more established shop that does more volume would provide more security in terms of fixing any problems. Plus Tropic is well recommended by a few ppl i know.

If it is small bubble the easiest fix would be taking a needle and poking a small hole and "drying" it with a hair dryer.

Lee always was very helpful to me, sorry to hear you had a bad experience.

Yeah thats what i plan on doing...
Nothing against him but its just my personal opinion to stick with larger shops that do more volume.
From how he was talking, (tinting is a side job/hobby for him) he will probably one day just close up shop and be done with it...
What will ppl do then if they need warranty work done???
