White LED speedometer with OEM orange needle??

I would like to modify the cluster to white led with OEM orange needle (stays transparent while light is off) according to this video it's possible, but i am not sure which leds I should or shouldn't change to white. So my question is HOW to get two tones led cluster?

Speed face and needle has 4 leds (Left red circle)

RPM face and needle has 4 leds (Right red circle)

Gas face and needle has 2 leds (Bottom left red circle)

Oil temp / Consumption and needle has 2 leds (Bottom right red circle)

0:33, the needles stayed transparent like OEMs, they aren't painted

how to see the RPM bases and speed are not the original ones, so:
I have the bases are "special" and did not change the LEDs or made a change by changing the LEDs putting white, and near the channel of the needle has added a red

He must've wired in LEDs separately as there is no way to do it otherwise. Those LEDs you've circled in your photo supply the illumination for both the gauges and needles.

Let think this more simple, as i recall you have done the white led cluster right?

When the speed and rpm face are removed, the back of these face are just transparent plastic, so if I use an orange marker to cover the needle area, the needles will be lighted up in orange, and the needle stays clear during the day
