Need input on tires please

Ok, so I bought a set of new knock off Alpina wheels today.

They're hubcentric 19" 5x120 72.6 hub bore 8.5 ET35 Front and 9.5 ET35 Rear. If possible I'd also like to drop my bimmer say an inch to 1.5. That said, what would be the best size tires to get?

offset?

Proably 255 or 265 in the rear

235 minimum in the front

Maybe someone else can chime in but you will be in that width range and as far as tire height, im not very sure. sorry
